How long will it take to fix my computer?

Normal turnaround time is 48 hours! Some repairs can take longer but we always give an estimate on the time it will take.

How much will it cost me?

We charge a $65 Assessment fee. Once we have determined the fault we charge $99 per hour, however we can give you a quote at the time of booking so you know exactly what to expect.

Do I need to back up my computer?

If you have important data that needs backing up, we will do this for you before we attempt the repair. This is subject to the data still being retrievable. R&L Systems takes no responsibility for any data lost. We do recommend that you regularly backup your data.

Is there a callout charge?

If you live in the Dunedin city area then there is no callout charge. If you live outside the main Dunedin city area (e.g. Allanton, Brighton), additional charges may apply. Please ask us at the time of making your booking.

What are the payment terms?

No equipment will be released until the invoice(s) have been paid in full (unless by prior arrangement). All invoices are to be paid on receipt. Any invoices which have not been paid in full after 30 days will incur additional charges. EftPos is also available.
